How to upload/add a property listing

Adding a property to VIA allows you to market your property on your website, the property portals, and manage your property through the entire selling/lettings cycle.

To add a new property:

• Login to VIA

• Click the top tab (labelled either Property Editor or CRM)

• Click Property

• A new tab will open, click the Add button

• A new tab will open with a series of fields in which you can add your property information

  • Any field with a * is a required field. They must be entered before you can save a property record

  • You can hide the property from either the website or the property portals by ticking the Hide from website or Exclude from portals boxes

  • Only properties with an active Status will display on your website and be sent to the property portals. The active property statuses are:

    • For Sale

    • To Let

    • Under Offer

    • Sold STC

    • Sold

    • Let
