You can now provide your property data to On The Market before other property portals.
In order to do so, you must ensure you have a priority export to On The Market already setup. Please speak to your Account Manager if you are interested in doing this, or for instructions on how to set this up, please see the following article:

To make your properties available to On The Market before other portals
Log in to VIA
Click the top tab labelled CRM or Property Editor
Click the Property tab
Search for the relevant property you want to make available
Double click the property, or right click and select edit
Ensure the Status field is set to For Sale or To Let
Ensure the Exclude from portals is ticked
Click Save & Close
This will ensure this property is sent to On The Market before it send to any of the other portals.
Please note these properties will not be automatically sent to the other portals. You will need to manually edit the property to make them available to the other portals when you want to market them. This allows you to customise how long the property is available on the On The Market portal so that you can make them available for more than 24 hours if you so choose.
To make your properties available to the other portals
Log in to VIA
Click the top tab labelled CRM or Property Editor
Click the Property tab
Search for the relevant property you want to make available
Double click the property, or right click and select edit
Untick the Exclude from portals box
Click Save & Close
This will instantly upload the property to Rightmove, Zoopla & Boomin, as well as On The Market. You can check whether this has been successful by going to the Exports section. You will then see date/time stamped confirmation of when the data has been successfully sent. It will also alert you to any issues which you may need to address
To easily see a list of all properties which are only being sent to On The Market so you can publish them to the other portals,
Go to the top tab labelled CRM or Property Editor
Click the Property tab
Click the Advanced option
In the Set To field, select For Sale or To Let
In the Availability field, select Excluded from portals
Click Search
This will then provide you with a list of all properties currently excluded from the portals who are only being made available to On The Market. Double click any property in the list and follow the instructions above to publish any of the properties to the other portals
From a purely marketing perspective, we recommend you make your properties available to all of the portals with which you have a subscription at the same time. This will ensure your properties get the maximum exposure to the most applicants and maximises the ROI of your subscriptions with them.
