How to Add/Remove the Featured Properties on Your Website

How to change the featured properties which appear on your website, typically on your homepage.

You can add and remove the properties which appear in the Featured Properties sections of your website.

• Click the Website tab

• Click the Featured Property tab and click the Search button

• Double click the Name of the Featured Property selection you want to edit from the list, or right click and select edit. Please note, you can setup multiple Featured Property lists to use on the website so be sure to edit the correct featured property list

• Under the Property section, there is a drop down where you can select either Criteria or Selection.

  • Criteria allows you to set a criteria of properties to display automatically using price, bedrooms and area. (ie: any property between £400,000 - £800,000 with 3 bedrooms or more in Yeovil). This will automatically add properties to the relevant featured property section of your website as soon as they are launched. Simply select Sales or Lettings, and set the price, bedroom and area ranges you want to display, then click Save and Close

  • Selection allows you to individually hand pick properties to display. This process is not automated, so whilst it allows you to hand pick the properties you want to promote, you will need to regularly add new properties to display once properties are sold/let. If you have Selection selected and can’t see any properties listed below, then no properties will currently be displaying in your Featured Property section of your site

    • To remove properties, click the minus (-) icon next to the property address

    • To add properties, use the search box to find the property you want to add, then select the plus (+) icon next to the address

    • Once you are happy with the list of properties you want to display, click Save and Close or Save
