The Brief

With over 40 years experience, an extensive knowledge of South East london and strong community links, Pedder are one of London's leading estate agency brands.

However, this multi award winning business is so much more than an estate agency. Pedder is just one part of the The Pedder Group, a host of complimentary companies serving different sectors within the property industry. 

The brief was to deliver 3 websites for this trusted and leading brand within the property industry; Pedder, the estate agency part of the business, Pedder Developments, the new homes and developments arm, and Elysian Finance. Each website had to reflect a separate brand and key message in it's own right, whilst still feeling part of The Pedder Group. 

Working in conjunction with Pedder's graphic designer, Webdadi were tasked with bringing the Pedder brand into the digital space, delivering a market leading leading brand with a marketing leading website.

Key components of the project:

1. Lead generation. Maximise the leverage of the brand's size and reputation to deliver a lead generating tool worthy of the brand.

2. Community. It's at the heart of everything that Pedder does and formed a key part of their digital strategy. The website had to deliver the ability to blog about local community projects in a way that could be leveraged across the websites, particularly for the estate agency brand.

3. Build fully content manageable websites so the marketing teams could update content and even build new pages if necessary. It was also important that key website statistics were available so they could assess the impact and success of those changes across the three websites.
