Customer Success Executive
Our Customer Services desk is the key point of contact for our customers. Any questions, queries, or training requests will come through to our team via email, calls, or tickets to the support desk. Our customer success team support our customers, fix technical issues, and generally ensure our customers have a positive experience with Webdadi.
Digital Project Manager
Our Digital Project Managers are at the heart of all of our projects and form a key part of our team. Working in close collaboration across multiple internal teams and external partners to oversee both the delivery of client website builds as well as internal product development projects.
You will liaise with clients directly by phone, email and face to face, as well as working closely with our in-house team of designers, developers and test engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of a project, managing client website builds from the point of sale to live delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required specification.
Sales & Marketing Intern
Our sales and marketing intern roles are a great opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in sales and/or marketing. The role is split into two to give you a complete overview of sales & marketing and how the two interconnect.
The first part of the role involves keeping our database up to date by adding businesses and contact details for our sales team to target. By providing our team with fresh, up to date information, we can better target our potential customers.
The second aspect of the role involves creating marketing campaigns to send to this database such as social media campaigns, email campaigns and blog articles. You'll see how good data collection can better increase the chances of success for your campaigns, and get a complete end to end picture of how marketing & sales can compliment each other.
