Testimonials are a great way to demonstrate customer satisfaction; this is because they're viewed as impartial evidence of the quality of service you can provide potential customers.When asking your previous customers to say a few kind words, try to think about what sales push you have. If you're seeking new property vendors, then having testimonials from vendors could make the difference when trying to win more new sales instructions instructions.
They can also make very good blog and social media items, offering an easy way to provide fresh content to keep visitors to your web pages engaged.
A great example of this is one of our clients, CHK Mountford, who recently got a great testimonial from the TV personality Anthea Tuner who said:

Another example which they posted on their Facebook page is:

Of course, not everyone will be able to share testimonials from celebrities; but if you receive positive feedback from your customers and they're happy for you to share their comments, then make sure you share it! After all; what's better than a customer? A brand advocate!
