The National Trading Standards estate and Lettings Team (NTSELAT) launched material information Parts B & C. This guidance sits alongside the Part A update from May 2022 and is the most comprehensive guidance issued by government on how to comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. In brief, it outlines all the information that should be displayed on a property listing to give potential buyers and renters all the information they need to make a decision on buying or renting a property. These updates include physical characteristics of a property, utilities, parking, rights & restrictions and flood risks, and have been displaying on Rightmove since the end of June 2024.
All Webdadi CRM and Property Editor software edition customers can now add this information to any of their property listings from within VIA. This information will then display on both their website as well as on the major property portals (Rightmove , Zoopla and On The Market)
