Faron Sutaria
As our oldest client, Faron Sutaria asked us to redesign and update their existing site. The emphasis was on designing a cutting edge website that was well optimised and easy for the user to navigate.
Relaunched in August 2010, Faron Sutaria is one of our most innovative sites to date. Its array of new features with the emphasis on user experience, has led to an increase in registrations and leads.
Hatton Real Estate
Hatton Real Estate wanted their website to reflect the young and dynamic nature of their company.
Using features such as widescreen slideshows, videos, and displaying units by the automatic calculation of price per square foot, Webdadi achieved the outlined objective, all delivered within 3 months to the client.
Richard Susskind
Richard Susskind, A well known high profile commercial agency came on-board with Webdadi in January 2007.
In 2009 Webdadi were retained for a further 3 years to design and build a brand new commercial website. The site features content management and richer content, all manageable in-house with Richard Susskind’s new branding. This was harnessed and implemented to centralise and control a stronger online marketing presence and user experience miles ahead of the competition.
The new Website features the latest in SEO technology, rich media and back office features to market units and feature properties in a rich user friendly clean design, bringing more powerful Web 2.0 search and presentation to the forefront of RS’s online presence.
The company uses the Webdadi Commercial Software to manage the day to day property management, contact CRM (Customer Relationship Management) sales progression and diary appointments.
Their new site has led to a massive increase in traffic and registrations; receiving 8 registrations in the month before its launch, compared to 111 in the month after.
Lindsays
Lindsays Property moved to Webdadi in 2009, utilising both our Software and Website solutions to manage their business and online digital marketing.
Their marketing and property business has grown considerably since using Webdadi thanks to its ability to help increase efficiency and cut costs.
Chard
Chard asked Webdadi to deliver them a well optimised site that would rank higher on Google searches.
Chard have been very happy with the SEO work from Webdadi and the subsequent Google ranking improvement, with Chard appearing in the top three customers for “central London estate agents” searches (November 2010).
Lauristons
Lauristons launched their new website with Webdadi in 2010.
